VINEYARDS
We have used a Grenache from old vineyards planted in bush with calcareous clay soil arranged on slopes of between 500 and 600 metres of altitude. These vines are Navarra appellation. The Tempranillo that slightly complements the reserve is of an average altitude and gives structure to the wine. At the same time, it includes in its coupage a Cabernet from Estella area that gives the necessary body to be a wine to keep.

ELABORATION
This is an exceptional wine based on the splendour of Grenache complemented by Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, the predominant variety being Grenache. The aging of this wine has been in barrels of 500 litres of French and American oak and not new, respecting the elegance and delicacy of the Grenaches, preserving its aroma and letting us appreciate the great grape that we have selected for this wine.
